Delaware’s Birth to Three Early Intervention Program (B23) supports families with infants and toddlers who have, or are at risk of, developmental delays or disabilities. They help your child reach their full potential through assessments, personalized plans, and expert guidance. We wanted to help them not only increase awareness in the program, but shine a light on their cause as well.
We did this by reinventing their brand from the ground up, which including Brand Guidelines, Paid Digital, Video, Social and Live Events including TikTok Influencer Ms. Rachel.

More than a brand
How do we take something as serious as developmental delays in children and create something warm, inviting and friendly?
We did this through incorporating bright, vibrant colors and large, bold photography that resonates with parents.
Go big
Partnering with the YouTube and TikTok sensation Ms. Rachel,
we created a video series to help educate people who may have not heard of the B23 Program or what it does. This culminated into a Live Virtual Event where Ms. Rachel took questions and led a sing-along for parents and children in attendance. The response was overwhelming and the event was completely at capacity within days.
Bring it all together
Creating a completely new and fresh website for B23 brought together all of the new branding, but also new functionality for parents to assess their own child’s development and helped parents find the information they need to enroll their children as well.
