Kaplan is a global leader in test preparation, professional licensing, and higher education services, with a portfolio of eight distinct brands serving students, professionals, and institutions across more than 150 markets worldwide.

When the organization needed to unify its fragmented visual identity under a single design system, the challenge wasn't just creative. It was organizational. Eight sub-brands. Thirty-plus creatives spread across five markets. A brand guide that needed to hold across every channel, every format, and every timezone.

The result: a comprehensive brand system that gave each sub-brand its own voice while anchoring everything to a single, coherent identity.

The brand system extended into a full site redesign, including an immersive WebGL experience that guides visitors through the new Kaplan identity in three dimensions, bringing clarity, consistency, and a modern visual language to the digital experience across its higher education portfolio.
