Delaware's early intervention program needed a brand as warm as the work itself. We rebuilt it from the ground up and put it in front of the families who needed it most.
Birth to Three is Delaware's early intervention program, providing critical developmental support for children from birth to age three. The program was doing meaningful work, but its identity didn't reflect it. A dated brand was making an essential service invisible to the families who needed it most.
TAPP brought me in to lead a complete brand rebuild: new identity, brand guidelines, paid digital, video, social content, live events, and a full website redesign with integrated child development assessment tools. The program went from a membership deficit to a waiting list.
The new brand leaned into what the program already was: accessible, caring, and built for real families. Bright color, bold photography, and friendly typography made it impossible to scroll past.
The redesigned website gave families a clear path from awareness to enrollment, with integrated child development assessment tools that made it easy to understand eligibility and take the next step.
We partnered with Ms. Rachel, one of the most trusted voices in early childhood education, for a live virtual event that sold out within days. The partnership put Birth to Three in front of millions of parents already invested in their children's development.
